Quility: A For-Profit-For-Good Company

Quility has an internally developed initiative called The Ripple Model which helps guide company culture, service and philanthropy.
Community Outreach

This initiative is built on three pillars, the first being Community Outreach. To date, Quility has donated more than $2.5 million to community partners across the country. Our staff members have also completed nine home restoration projects through Habitat for Humanity and packed over 100,000 meals to fight food insecurity. Additionally, over $1 million has been donated to the Make-A-Wish Foundation and three international projects have been achieved, including a hurricane recovery cleanup in Puerto Rico and a school remodeling project in Costa Rica.

At Quility, we believe donating time is just as important as donating money, so opportunities for hands-on service work are provided throughout the year.

Amplification and Belonging

The second pillar of The Ripple Model is Amplification & Belonging. This pillar encourages sharing our stories, offering openness and leading with curiosity – all in the pursuit of connection. It’s about lifting voices that need to be heard, learning from under-represented populations and gaining wisdom from everyone’s experiences. We live into this pillar by celebrating each other’s achievements, partnering with inspirational keynote speakers and engaging in meaningful, publicly shared conversations and interviews.

Well-Being and Personal Growth

Finally, our pillar of Well-Being and Personal Growth provides opportunities for every staff member to live with intention and align with their highest self. We believe in the importance of providing individualized paths of advancement, leadership training and programs and materials that support whole-body whole-mind health and harmony.

In addition to the efforts upheld by The Ripple Model, Quility strives to live into its status as a for-profit-for-good company by incorporating a charitable giving rider, at no cost to the customer, into the development of its digital insurance products. To date, $54M in accumulated death benefits has been pledged to charity by policyholders through the charitable contribution component associated with our proprietary term life insurance product, Quility Level Term.
